Please take a moment to fill out the form, so we can organize into effective teams for our recovery efforts. Keep notes short and succinct. We do not have recovery dates for any fires yet.
IMPORTANT: This is a volunteer effort. If you agreed to volunteer by submitting this form, you are acknowledging that you are responsible for your own expenses, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), food, lodging, transportation, and liability during your time volunteering. No one is getting paid for their time and you will not be considered an employee for ALTA while volunteering. If at anytime you are determined to be a disturbance or a safety concern, you will not be allowed to participate in these volunteer activities. If at anytime you feel you are unable to perform the duties required, you can leave without recourse.
